Today we will talk with Sahily Carrero, who enjoys St Kilda Beach with friends, especially when she is playing football there.

About the storyteller
Sahily Carrero is 29 years old, she arrived in Australia with a suitcase full of dreams three years ago as an international student to learn English. She is interested in sports, especially soccer. She had an accident and the doctors amputated her right arm and removed some skin from her legs, which caused some health problems. After the accident, she discovered that football and sports gave her the opportunity to recover. Currently, she is a trainer in Gomum's organisation and is helping others connect and be positive. She says, "I hope that my story motivates all people, especially those with disabilities. The game makes you feel alive again, it makes you feel free."
