(In this podcast we will be talking about the opportunities that the Queensland Museum offers for people living with disabilities. Brooke expresses that this type of event is a good alternative for people who live with the spectrum and that the museum offers different tools so that people who live with disabilities feel comfortable and can enjoy their experiences.
About the storyteller
Brooke is a student of cultures and languages (Honours) at the University of Queensland with a keen interest in Student Representation and Partnerships, especially as it relates to diversity and the impact of inclusive voices on student outcomes.
In addition, she has a passion for improving the student experience through Representation and has served on university School Teaching and Learning committees, Program Boards, Operational committees, and chaired a student run advisory board.
With experience in multi-lingual teaching, program evaluation, and student engagement, she is interested in using her communication, organisation, and evaluation skills to support innovative higher education programs that promote improved student outcomes and encourage diversity.
