Vicky Ferrada es una trabajadora social y música que cree en el poder de la música para mejorar la vida de las personas. Durante los últimos años, tocó y bailó salsa y otros ritmos con personas de diferentes orígenes y edades que viven con una discapacidad. Descubrieron que la música es la mejor manera de ganar confianza y construir relaciones.
(Today’s guest is Vicky Ferrada, a musician playing music in pubs, bars and festivals across Victoria. She believes in the power of music to help people with disabilities to improve their quality of life as daily therapy. She can see people dancing salsa and other rhythms and making some new relationships and connections through the music from the stage with her band called Radio Mafalda.
