Sahily Carrero tiene 29 años, llego a Australia con una maleta de suenos hace tres anos como estudiate internacional a aprender ingles. le interesan los deportes, especialmente el fútbol soccer. Tuvo un accidente y los médicos le amputaron su brazo derecho y le quitaron un poco de piel de las piernas, lo que le produjo algunos problemas de salud. Tras el accidente, descubrió que el fútbol y el deporte le dan la oportunidad de recuperarse. Actualmente, es capacitadora en la organización de Gomum y está ayudando a otros a conectarse y ser positivos. (Australia has some of the best beaches in the world, and many of them are accessible to people with disabilities, such as those who use wheelchairs or other kinds of mobility aids. Today we will talk with Sahily Carrero, who enjoys St Kilda Beach with friends, especially when she is playing football there.

About the storyteller
Sahily Carrero is 29 years old, she arrived in Australia with a suitcase full of dreams three years ago as an international student to learn English. She is interested in sports, especially soccer. She had an accident and the doctors amputated her right arm and removed some skin from her legs, which caused some health problems. After the accident, she discovered that football and sports gave her the opportunity to recover. Currently, she is a trainer in Gomum's organisation and is helping others connect and be positive. She says, "I hope that my story motivates all people, especially those with disabilities. The game makes you feel alive again, it makes you feel free."
