About the storyteller
Anita 患有僵直性脊椎炎。她透過不同興趣和養生方法,令她身心得以更健康。除了太極外,她亦專注於健康食療,冥想,園藝和氣功等。她經常勉勵自己人生要保持樂觀,熱愛人生。
(In this episode, Anita shares with us one of her enjoyable interests - Taichi.
She enjoys exercising Taichi as it allows her gently exercise her muscles anywhere and anytime. She also enjoys every slow and graceful movement in Taichi that enhances her harmony and resilience. She has made some new friends during her exercising Taichi. They always exercise together, followed by a cup of tea and chit-chat time afterwards.
About the storyteller
Anita has ankylosing spondylitis. She is fascinated with a lot of hobbies to help nurture her health and body. Besides Taichi, she is also interested in regimen diet, meditation, gardening as well as Qi gong. Her motto is to stay positive and live passionately.
