डॉ. ईशान आर्य हे विद्यापीठाचे व्याख्याते, विद्यार्थी संघटनेचे सदस्य, बोर्ड आणि शैक्षणिक विद्यापीठांसाठी मतदान सदस्य म्हणून काम करतात. वर्गातील शिक्षण सुलभ, सर्वसमावेशक आणि सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांच्या गरजेनुसार आहे याची तो खात्री करतो. विशेष गरजा असलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी शिकण्याच्या प्रवेश योजनांनुसार धडे योजना आणि वितरण, वैकल्पिक मूल्यांकन किंवा परीक्षा व्यवस्था यांची योजना आखली जाते.

About the guest speaker
Dr. Eshan Arya works as a university lecturer, and is a member of the student union, and a voting member for board and academic universities. He makes sure that the learning in his classroom is accessible, inclusive, and according to the needs of all students. Lesson plans and delivery, alternate assessments or exam arrangements are planned according to learning access plans for students with special needs.
