नेपाली राष्ट्रिय ब्याडमिन्टनका पूर्व खेलाडी सञ्जीव खड्का अहिले प्रशिक्षकको रुपमा कार्यरत छन् । सामुदायिक खेलकुद केन्द्रले आफ्ना सदस्यहरूलाई सामुदायिक जडानको भावना प्रदान गर्न सक्ने उनको भनाइ छ। यो विशेष गरी आफ्नो स्थानीय समुदायमा धेरै साथीहरू नभएका मानिसहरूका लागि लाभदायक हुन सक्छ। ब्याडमिन्टन क्लबले मानिसहरूलाई उपलब्धिको भावनाको लागि अरूसँग प्रतिस्पर्धा गर्ने तरिका पनि प्रदान गर्न सक्छ। उनले ब्याडमिन्टनका विभिन्न रणनीतिहरू, उनीहरूको मोटर कौशल सुधार गर्ने तरिकाहरू, खेलकुदमा भाग लिने उनीहरूको क्षमता बढाउने तरिकाहरू बारे पनि वर्णन गरेका छन् ।

श्री सञ्जीव खड्का, उहाँले क्लेरेन्स स्पोर्ट्स सेन्टरमा र दक्षिणी तस्मानियन ब्याडमिन्टन संघमा असक्तता भएका व्यक्तिहरूका लागि पनि पहुँचयोग्य रहेको निजी ब्याडमिन्टन प्रशिक्षण कक्षाहरू अरूलाई प्रदान गर्नुहुन्छ। उहाँले बहुसांस्कृतिक सामाजिक समूह चलाउनुहुन्छ जहाँ मानिसहरू सामेल हुन र एकअर्कासँग ब्याडमिन्टन खेल्न सक्छन्। उनी खेलकुदले मानिसहरूलाई नयाँ साथीहरू फेला पार्न र उनीहरूको व्यक्तिगत लक्ष्यहरू प्राप्त गर्न मद्दत गर्न विभिन्न सीपहरू सिक्न मद्दत गर्दछ भन्ने विश्वास गर्छन्।
(Sanjeev Khadka, a former Nepali National badminton player, is now working as a coach. He mentions that a community sports centre can provide a sense of community connection for its members. This can be especially beneficial for people who do not have a lot of friends in their local community. A badminton club can also offer a way for people to compete with others for a sense of achievement. He also illustrates about different badminton tactics, ways to improve their motor skills, increase their ability to participate in sports.
About the guest speaker
Mr. Sanjeev Khadka, he offers private badminton training classes to others at the Clarence Sports Centre, which is accessible to people with disabilities as well, and at the Southern Tasmanian Badminton Association. He runs the multicultural social group where people can join and play the badminton with each other. He believes that sports helps people finding new friends and learn about different skills in order to help achieve their personal goals.
